Submissions are now being accepted. Submissions close at midnight (end of day) 30 June 2027 (AWST).

Been selected to travel to an event or competition? Go team Swan! You may be eligible for up to $500, $750, or $1,000 in Swan Cash Donation funds.


Here's what you'll need:
  1. Recent proof that you are a Swan resident. Not sure if your suburb is in the City of Swan? View our list of all Swan suburbs.

  2.  An official letter proving you've been selected, showing event or competition dates, and that you're travelling to a location outside the Greater Perth Metro area.

  3. To apply before your event dates.

  4. To be all paid up on any debts you owe Swan if you're over 18.

  5. If you're the applicant's Guardian and have a different last name to theirs, we'll ask for evidence that you're their Guardian, too.


Adults aged between 25 and 55 need to provide evidence of financial, health, or disability-related needs to be eligible for a Cash Donation.


It may take up to 6 weeks to hear whether your application is successful. It may take up to 30 days after that for successful applicants to receive payment.


Once you start your application, you can come back to it any time - just make sure you save every 15 minutes.
